The room is big, the bed is big, it's warm with an electric blanket, there's a free hot spring bath, the swimming pool is pretty nice, but it's too cold to swim in it now, the photos are pretty nice, the green plants in the yard are a little bit Less, the scenery is not very good, it is recommended to add some plants~

First of all, let me talk about why the service is bad! The wall heater in the room we booked was broken. We didn’t explain it in advance. When we arrived at the store, we found out and informed the hotel staff. The maintenance staff said that it was broken long ago. I don’t know why they still let people stay. The front desk directly told me that it was broken. Engage in activities...then you should directly explain in the event that the room does not have wall heaters, instead of waiting for customers to find out! Simply speechless! When changing rooms, the auntie has been there all the time, saying that our original room has been moved by us, and they are going to reorganize... Maybe we can't move after we booked the room? ? ? Very bad attitude! Been talking about it all the time! It's none of our business if you want to break up the whole room! Then as soon as I got there, I asked the hotel staff to give a quilt, because there was only one quilt for the double bed room, and the hotel said no! ! A hotel can't even take out the quilt! ! This is the first time I have encountered this kind....It has been a long, long time...Bring me a blanket...Is the blanket a quilt...and I saw a lot of quilts in their storage room...to put it bluntly I just don't want to give it away... There are two pools in the hot spring, one of which is too cold to soak in... We booked another private soup room. Let me talk about the good things: the service staff in the restaurant have five-star praise! It tastes good too! Aunts are very careful care! The facilities in the room are relatively new.
