Stayed for 2 nights in Oct 2024, planned for 1 night to visit around the town itself and another night for the Simatai Great Wall.
1. Location - Inn is located within Gubei Watertown and it is necessary to go through the watertown to visit the Simatai Great Wall. By booking an accommodation within the town gives you discounted entrance price into the town and since we planned to visit the great wall and explore the town itself we have decided to stay for 2 nights (also partly the cost and time to travel there from Beijing). Inn is located near the main square where some performances are held and near a shuttle service stop (free shuttle services within town if you’re staying in an accommodation within town. Overall a good location within town.
2. Room - Booked a family room for 4 (2 single beds in each level). Room is mostly made of wood hence its not really a modern feel and its not really sound-proof which the staff has notified in advance. Room is spacious and bathroom is big. Stairs that goes up to the 2nd level is stable but can be a little steep for seniors. Overall the room is decent. It comes with tomatoes, peanuts and tea as welcome gift.
3. Luggage - There’s a luggage service whereby you can arrange for your luggage to be transported to your hotel from entrance, and from hotel back to entrance. This is definitely needed as the ground in the watertown is not a smooth surface and can be hard to carry your luggages around.
4. Services & breakfast - Staff’s services is really good and efficient! Breakfast is simple but has good variety. There’s the buffet portion which consists of small dishes for porridge, bread, bun, drinks etc. And there’s an alacarte portion where you need to order in advance the night before such as bacon, egg, sausages, noodles etc. i think its a good initiative to avoid wastage.
Overall a very good stay and would recommend if you are visiting Gubei Watertown and would like to stay in a more traditional feel.

I came with my child. I originally booked a standard room in this inn, thinking that a mattress would be more spacious, but I didn’t confirm it. Ctrip’s customer service brother is super awesome. After communicating the needs, let me try to upgrade the family room with water view balcony for free. , it turned out that this room type is amazing, the night view is super beautiful, the children can feed the ducks and fish when they wake up in the morning, and the view from the boat is also super beautiful

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier pittoresque. Les enfants mesurant moins de 1,2 mètre sont gratuits, tandis que les enfants mesurant entre 1,2 et 1,5 mètre doivent acheter des billets enfants. Les enfants mesurant 1,5 mètre et plus seront facturés au même prix que les adultes. Pour plus de détails, veuillez consulter la réception du centre de services de la zone panoramique. Les clients conduisant eux-mêmes ne sont pas autorisés à entrer dans la zone pittoresque de la ville aquatique de Gubei. La zone pittoresque dispose de parkings spécialement désignés 1 et 6 comme parkings exclusifs pour les clients séjournant à l'hôtel. À cette heure-là, les clients peuvent prendre un bus gratuit depuis l'entrée du parking n°1 jusqu'au centre de services touristiques avec le SMS de réservation, et peuvent également enregistrer leurs bagages gratuitement.
L'enregistrement des enfants doit fournir une carte d'identité/livre hukou/certificat de naissance.
L'hôtel interdit le transport de : lanternes Kongming, pétards, alcool ou boissons alcoolisées, armes d'imitation et pistolets jouets, toutes sortes de klaxons et équipements d'amplification, outils de transport à roues, équipements de loisirs à poulies, tels que patins à roulettes ou patins à roulettes Chaussures, planches à roulettes, scooters, photographie aérienne, équipement de télécommande ou équipement photographique professionnel, ustensiles de cuisine (tels que cuisinière à induction, etc.) et autres articles dangereux et destructeurs.
L'hôtel est situé dans le site pittoresque. Les clients entrant dans le site pittoresque doivent se rendre au centre de services touristiques de Gubei Water Town pour les procédures d'enregistrement et de billetterie. Pour séjourner à l'hôtel, vous devez acheter des billets séparément. Les enfants de moins de 1,2 mètre sont gratuits, les enfants de 1,2 mètre et plus sont au même prix que les adultes.
Selon les dispositions pertinentes du "Catalogue d'articles jetables que les hôtels de Pékin ne sont pas fournis de manière proactive", à compter du 1er mai 2020, les hôtels ne sont pas autorisés à fournir des articles jetables de leur propre initiative.
