The check-out time was inconsistent. The previous day was two o'clock and the next day was one o'clock. If I didn't arrive at 12:30, I called and said I had checked out. I was speechless😓

Dear guests, we sincerely apologize for the problems you encountered during your stay. The check-out time of our hotel is relatively humane. The check-out time shown in the order is 1:00 p.m. the next day. We did not ask to leave the store at 1:00 pm when we placed an order in the middle of the night, but extended the check-out for free. However, if you continue to stay the next day, it will be half an hour earlier than when you leave the store at the normal time. There is no problem in asking about check-out by phone. The front desk also informs you of the check-out time so that you are ready to leave the store. You are not required to check out immediately. If you need to check out late, you can ask the front desk about the extra clock fee, or ask An hour of free delay is not a problem and we can all accept it.

Bad reviews. Before the bad reviews, the check-out time was at 2:00 p.m. and I stayed several times. It was 2:30 p.m. Today, I called and said that the check-out time was 1:00 p.m.
