In a self-labeled four-star hotel, when the hot and cold water faucet of the bathroom sink was turned on, there was a crack in the wall where the water came out in the middle, and water was sprayed all over the mirror, causing the water to flow along the side of the table to the ground! When I asked the guest room department, they said that the engineering department was off work and asked the guests to overcome it! It seems that there is a gap between star-rated hotels and service levels! dissatisfied! This experience is terrible! The goldfish in the fish tank in the hall on the first floor is still dead. I don’t know if it has been replaced now. A female customer in the breakfast room dropped some porridge on the floor. The waiter found it for at least 15 minutes and did not deal with it in time, resulting in dirty feet. All true! Hope to strengthen the service level, just like your purpose!
