I went to the hotel on a cold day, went to the bathroom to take a shower, and suddenly there was no hot water. The whole person is not well. The contact information is also desperate, don't try the business if it doesn't work, and no one will deal with it if there is no hot water for half an hour. In the end, I guessed that I had to change the room, but the hotel didn't clean up the decoration on the ground, and when I changed the room, the elevator slipped and I almost fell down. Forget about changing the room and smashing all the skin care products. It's cold in the middle of the night and there is no heating system

This is my second stay. I wanted to live on a high floor when I checked in. Then the front desk told me that the upper floor was being renovated and suggested that I live on a lower floor. The service is very good!
