The hotel is located next to the big waterwheel in the old town of Lijiang, and it only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the landmark places of the old town of Lijiang - the big waterwheel, Sifang Street, Bar Street, and Black Dragon Pond. About 7 minutes by car from the airport limousine; The taxi stand and the Yulong Snow Mountain bus stop are close to the hotel, and it is very convenient to play around. The overall style belongs to the modern simple and light luxury style, all the objects are carefully selected from small to large, as long as you stop, you will find that every part of the hotel is ingenious aesthetics. The hotel provides high-quality bedding, customized zero-pressure mattresses, full WiFi coverage, dry and wet separation bathrooms, branded amenities, self-service laundry dryers, clean and hygienic accommodation environment, etc., only for your journey to be more comfortable, as if returning to a warm home.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for three nights and we had a wonderful time there. It's one of the best hotels we stayed in during our 12-day trip to Lijiand and Shangri-la for many reasons.
1) If you stay more than 3 nights, they offer you free pick up or drop off service. My friend arrived in Lijiang alone at midnight and she was not fluent in Chinese, so I needed someone to pick her up and bring her safely to the hotel. Luckily Monai staff did that for us.
2) The hotel is outside the Old Town, so the taxi can get there. If you are staying inside the Old Town, then you have to get off at the entrance of the Old Town and walk to the hotel which could be quite challenging for those who visit there for the first time. It took us only a few minutes to get into the Old Town from the hotel and the Black Dragon Pond is also only a few minutes away.
3) What I also liked about this hotel is that it has a free washing and drying machine on 5F. We loved it!
4) Communication with the staff via Wechat was always very easy and fast.
5) Finally, the price is actually quite low. Even if they charged me double, I would still consider staying there. I’m dead serious. 😊
