Butler Alice was so kind and friendly—really went above and beyond for us! She proactively helped us switch rooms because of renovation noise (超级贴心!). The whole team was quick to respond to every request, whether it was meituan deliveries or bathroom needs.
Breakfast was delicious! Every corner of the hotel is great, view from our hotel room is stunning. Location to Gu Cheng is a 20mins ride via didi.
There’s free photo shooting by 3rd party in the hotel. The experience was ok. 
Would stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so smooth!

The Villa had a lovely view of 玉龙雪山, and a heated pool which was great. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel kindly prepared a nice deco on the bed and also gave us a very nice cake! The hotel staff Heby added us on WeChat and was super helpful and responsive. Any problems we had, she resolved it regardless of hours. If there is one thing I’ll hope for improvement, it would be that the property itself seemed a bit dated. The Villa lock was spoilt and a padlock 🔓 was used, TV was rather old, etc. Overall we had a great 3 night stay.

Loved the hotel, excellent stay, environment, and Lijiang Old Town is walkable with many anemities. Definitely recommend.
Staff is friendly, very friendly and quick to respond.

Beautiful resorts hotel, location is great! Just a few mins walk from 白沙古镇. The rooms are spacious and clean, tastefully decorated. Also, the hotel provides an international buffet breakfast, and the spread is good. Special thanks to all the service staff there, especially Norah, is friendly and polite and did her best to make our stays there a memorable one!

It is such a beautiful space, one is immediately transported to serenity. For those appreciating gardens and plants, this place is tastefully landscaped with wonders at every turn. I want to thank especially Helen at the front desk who helped me immensely with my travel plans, helping me to bridge communications with the locals with, helping me with change requests and organising all that I needed. She was very responsive, connecting with me on wechat.
