Solid Hilton standard with improvement potential

Highlights
- Great food and drink drinks offer during the afternoon teatime and happy hour. The service team Lucy and Lena were attentive and polite by taking care of all the needs and request from the visitors the view from the top floor was amazing
- The gym is very professional and well maintained also the service was excellent. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name from the girl with the glasses at the entrance, she was very kind by offering me bottle of water and tower.
Improvement potential
- In general the service is pretty much customer or rented, but I felt a certain distance from the service team and less passion during the communication with guests
- The receptionist of the executive lounge was constantly busy with her cell phone instead of walking around and taking care of guests needs

One of the worst experiences in many years staying at hotels. First and last time at a Hilton.

After 25 years staying at many hotel groups such as IHG, Accor and GHA, where I am a valued member, I decided to stay at an Hilton for the first time. I got a status match invite to Honors Gold so was curious.
The only two good things about the whole experience was that we were able to check in early, and the cleanliness of the room. The rest was well below par for what I was expecting from a Hilton. Like with IHG you have a fast check in counter, 99% of the time I am lucky to get an upgrade, get a welcome drink etc. None of that at Hilton.
The rooms clearly had some wear and tear and no sound proofing. You can clearly hear the people upstairs and the TV in the next room.
As it was raining, normal hotels have an umbrella in the room. Now this Hilton only had about 20 umbrellas at the check in counter for a hotel with more than 200 guest rooms. I asked for an umbrella - got a 'meiyou' (don't have) and the guy just rolled his eyes and walked away. Just plain rude.
The location is good though. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area. With an umbrella would have been even better to explore.
The next morning at breakfast was total chaos. I never in my life seen such a mess. The person who checks your room and name was - again - terribly rude to my wife. Why was the room in her name and not mine as I made the booking? She almost refused us entry.
It was absolutely packed. No free tables and a lot of tables that needed to be cleared but with only 4 !! staff being swamped and irritable, nothing was done. Even though we were quite early, they run out of noodles. How is that even possible? I mean noodles in China - just order them from Hema or Ding Dong if you have a sense of customer service. Our table was dirty as and no fresh cutlery was available. Most of the other food was gone. There was another foreigner who just resigned to his fate and managed to get some bread after arguing with the manager.
For me in 25 years at staying at hotels for both work and leisure the world over, this is the worst experience.
So the status match will not be used - just terrible. Never a Hilton ever again.

Very clean hotel with amazing breakfast and view. Professional service and hospitality. So kind staff.

Very nice hotel Hilton

A large tower, huge architecture, a room and service to the best international standards for an incredible value for money
Very good service although the breakfast is a bit confusing a little unbalanced in its offer (well after... it's local!)
To note the swimming pool of ... 30m long
