The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to Kazakhstan Railway Station and Sophia Church. The room decoration is also very warm. I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, and the lady at the front desk checked in for me in advance and upgraded the room type for free. The front desk service is very good, answering questions and being very patient. Although the room size is not very large, the facilities are still very good. I will stay in this hotel next time.

The hotel boasts a good location, just a short 5 to 10 minute stroll to Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. The MRT station is also just round the corner.
On the downside, the aircon in the room seemed to be non-existence.
