Reception services was good, provided pickup from railway. Near the pine park which lake was frozen in winter. Nice breakfast.

Clean and convenient hotel. Front desk was friendly and helpful (note: our friend group spoke Mandarin with them).

Lovely hotel, very well kept and maintained nearby Chang bai shan train station. Comfortable and clean. Stay was ok but service was par at best, they don’t have much experience dealing with foreigners. Also stingy with mineral water couldn’t spare a few more at front desk.
