Disappointed! Backslides a lot!
Regress a lot from many aspects.
Last time I can meet GM all the time who is ch ricing all the details. This stay I know new GM onboard but didn’t see even once but do see Korean snack needed to be charged in the snack vault of the room.
Last stay is amazing and the service, food, the room quality is superb! This stay I can tell all is getting worse, the bathroom has lots of mould around the basins and the floor.
The lobby is very noisy and even the crowd waits around the elevators to wait for “somebody?” The theme of the lobby looks so childish not match JW Marriott brand.
The food in the lounge and the breakfast can be seen the quality and quantity backslides a lot.
The staff are very amateur though friendly.
Disappointed at this great hotel regressing a lot!

Amazing JW with even more fabulous service
- Christina from front desk was so kind and polite by processing our check in efficiently and professionally. We met her at checking out and were able to exchange some information about the JW ownership structure and history of this wonderful hotel
- Grace and Lily took care of my room request prior to check in and their personal service was great and I was amazed by the room upgrade to a fantastic high floor room with additional courtyard area
- The executive lounge was stunning with afternoon tea and happy hour dinner variety and choice. Particularly the personalized service was outstanding. Lydia took care of my mobile key issue and accompanied me to the front desk to solve the issue financially
- The breakfast was superb with fine and high quality food. The Italian chef Stefano, who greeted us at the happy hour, welcomed us at the entrance and brought us the coffee in person. All the buffet staff were extremely friendly and attentive
- The gym is spacious and modern with Technogym equipments. Even fruits were provided for a hard workout
- Overall a memorable experience and I could feel the great employee management in all areas

Very short stay, but overall it was absolutely fantastic. I hope I can return for a longer stay and fully enjoy all the extras of this great hotel.
