Good quality business hotel.
Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view.
Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily.
As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee.
The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated!
The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

The location is superior, the transportation is convenient, the hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, with many varieties and good taste. Personally, I think the price/performance ratio is quite high.

The hardware of the hotel is very good, and the service and hygiene are not to be mentioned. It is the first time for friends from home to visit Kaibin. I like it very much. The overall decoration is simple and elegant. The pancakes and noodles for breakfast are delicious. , the service is commendable.

In the hotel, only public facilities such as guest rooms, restaurants, and fitness centers are in normal operation. In-store staff enter the store every day to measure body temperature, wear masks, and gloves to work. Guest rooms are disinfected without dead ends, room key cards are disinfected, and elevator cars and buttons are every 2 hours. The front desk service of the hotel is very good, and it also helped to upgrade the business big bed. The overall hardware is also good, and the decoration style is simple and atmospheric. I like it. A very good stay experience! The location of the hotel is very convenient, just next to my grandma's house. The hotel at this price can be said to be completely beyond my expectations, the room is clean and tidy, especially the shower is very comfortable!
