A beautiful recommended place.

It is a beautiful place to go with the family, it has heated pool (heated), good treatment of all the staff, many activities and trekking, try the E-bike

A place to rest

Nice setting, comfortable place, friendly staff, very good outdor activities, the nature of the sector is wonderful.
It is a place to unwind, unwind, enjoy nature and renew your energies.
Customer service is abysmal, they do not answer your queries.
On the other hand the pool sector is full of children, becoming a bit annoying given that this Spa there.
A point to improve and evaluate.

Unfriendliness of staff

Unlike other hotels in the segment (such as Puyehue), there is a shortfall in terms of friendliness of reception staff and – above all – restaurant. We were greeted coldly at the hotel, without smiles and without even wondering if it was our first time at the hotel (it was). At the restaurant, the hostess repeated the pattern and asked us to formally claim if we were unhappy with the table layout (we were not informed of the way tables were allocated when booking, and our family group was unfortunately left at three separate tables at the first meal). The hostess’s handling of the problem was poor, and she conveyed her stress to us with the number of people who arrived the same day as us (Thursday, April 2). We were left with that bad taste throughout our stay, and that means that, despite everything good about the hotel, we probably don't recommend it and don't come back.

Wonderful experience

We have just returned home after a TREMENDOUS experience at this beautiful hotel. They have a very high level of service, helped us in everything we need, from the buttons at the entrance, receptionists and grimacing. Their commitment is to relax and achieve their goal. We signed up for some experiences included in the rate and they were super entertaining (Kathy, Luna and Matias do a wonderful job!). And in the restaurant the service and cuisine are wonderful, the waiters who served us and the quality of the food, second to none. We have some restrictions with my husband and every day they explained carefully what they offered. I'm sure we'll be back, I fully recommend it.
