A pleasant stay at the Dolphin!!

I just stayed at the Dolphin Motel for 4 days and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised!!
Yes its very dated and our room was quiet dark but the bed linen was replaced every day and we were given an endless supply of fresh towels which is very handy when you swimming on the beach all the time!!
Another plus to this place is its location!!!
It's right beside the amazing Chesterfield beach and only a few minutes from a great coffee shop.
There is also another an amazing coffee shop called the Moss and Milk only a few minutes drive. If you like coffee like me well then you must go..lol...
Outside the coffee shop there are 2 bus stops. One is the free shuttle to Chesterfield beach and Tofino which runs all summer and the other is the Translink bus.
There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity and plenty of car parking space at the Dolphin!!
I was a little reluctant with the bad reviews and yes found some cobwebs behind the beds which I swept out but found no bugs which was a relief!!!
All in all I would recommend this place.
There are other upmarket places in the area which cost 500 dollars a night which in my opinion is is a waste when you can stay here.

Perfect Peaceful Tofino Vacation

Had an incredible time at the dolphin motel, absolutely perfect location for a beginner surfer right beside tacofino, the best burritos and tacos on the island!
Also right next to the beach within 300 m
Great stuff, great experience!

Excellent location, great stay

We had an incredible stay at the Dolphin Motel. The stay was quiet and the rooms were very clean. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable in our rooms. The proximity to Chesterman Beach cannot be beat! We were able to make the most of our surf days walking back and forth for breaks and lunch. Highly recommend for your next stay in Tofino.

The photos are a bit deceptive it’s a bit decadent

Booked with Booking, the photos are a bit deceptive or at least a long time ago! Bungalows are let go and decadent both inside and out say it could have been done better. The beach is very close and parking is guaranteed for care is another thing
