The washroom tub the cement was slowly cracking. Other than that all maintain and clean. Thank you for the coffee.

Terrible and extremely stressful experience.
This was a terrible and extremely stressful experience.
My daughter and I were traveling with a large dog who needed surgery. After three long days on the road, we planned to arrive late and needed a ground-floor room because our dog could not climb stairs and was far too large for us to carry.
Before booking, I called the reservation desk and was specifically told that a ground-floor, pet-friendly room was available. I provided my credit card information, but the attendant had difficulty spelling my name and entered it incorrectly several times. We eventually corrected my name and then worked on getting my email address entered so I could receive a confirmation. The confirmation never arrived, so I called back to make sure everything was correct.
During that call, a female attendant told me that our reservation was actually for a room on the second floor. I explained that this would not work because our dog could not climb the stairs. She told me there were no ground-floor rooms available and that I could not cancel because it was too late—even though I had made the reservation only about four hours earlier and had booked it based on incorrect information provided by their staff.
I was also told that no manager was available and that one would not be available until Monday. I was promised that a manager would follow up with me, but no one contacted me.
Exhausted and worried about accommodations for the night, we had to begin calling other hotels and motels in the area. Thankfully, the employees at the other properties were kind and went above and beyond to help us. We finally found suitable accommodations shortly before midnight.
After arriving at our destination, I called again because I still had not received the promised call from a manager. Once again, no manager was available, and the same female attendant said she did not know the manager’s schedule. She repeated that we could not receive a refund. Although she confirmed that they had my telephone number, she could not tell me when—or even if—I should expect a manager to contact me.
The original reservation should never have been made for a second-floor room after I clearly explained our needs. The refusal to correct or cancel a reservation caused by the hotel’s own mistake, along with the lack of management assistance or promised follow-up, was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Please note that ground floor rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking, particularly when the hotel is fully booked. While we do our best to accommodate specific room requests, we cannot always assure a particular floor or room type.
Regarding the cancellation, our cancellation policy applies to last minute cancellations. Unfortunately cancellations made too close to the arrival date, or after the applicable cancellation period, are not eligible for a refund, as the room was held for the reservation and the opportunity to resell it was limited. We understand that your circumstances made the situation difficult, and we sincerely regret that your experience was stressful. Thank you

Clean room, open drug use and gathering across street
Room is clean and simple. Looks like someone tried to light the curtain on fire…
Huge group of drug users congregate directly across from the hotel. Arrived to ambulance trying to revive a man. Smoking crystal while cutting through the parking lot. Would have left but only one night on our way through and can’t get a refund. We will drive to dinner. Feel bad for hotel - but wish reviews had given us a clearer heads up about what area is like. We are originally from a big city so not too easily shocked.

The desk clerk came to our room to help us with the TV. We couldn’t get it to work, but she was able to help us out. Thanks.

One of the staff were very kind and inviting while the other when we checked out was a tad bit rude when he realized we had a dog and we were not aware of a pet fee
