Exceptional experience at the Postmark Hotel

I’m back for my second stay at the Postmark Hotel, and it was just as great as the first!
We came to celebrate my sister’s birthday with my siblings, and the entire team made it special. I want to take a moment to acknowledge a few staff members who made it extra special.
Alexandra at the front desk was incredibly professional and attentive, both via email and in person.
Yulina provided a warm and efficient check-in, thank you for your hospitality.
Naz at the rooftop restaurant gave us fantastic recommendations and top-notch service, thank you.
The level of hospitality and professionalism here is exceptional. Thank you to the whole team , I’ll definitely be returning.
Also, love the pool table addition! See you guys soon.

Just misses the mark!

The hotel is well located right in the centre of Newmarket. We were warmly greeted, our room wasn't ready and so we had a stroll through the town which is very charming. The room was an executive room and was comfortable. Opinions are divided on the unscented toiletries but we really didn't like them. It was like showering with gloop! The bathroom didn't have ANY amenities such as cotton buds etc which was a big miss. Our room overlooked the library and the town car park. We had three large windows with heavy curtains and no lightweight blinds or voile curtains so we had to draw the curtains whenever we were getting ready for bed or to go out. Breakfast was OK but no English Breakfast tea or in fact very little tea was a big miss. All in all a good stay and with a little more attention to detail this could be a very good hotel.

Great staff and an easy check-in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although the room was a little small. A few extra towels, pillows, and bathroom hooks would be helpful. The A/C temperature was locked at 20°C, which made the room quite warm at night. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights and my stay was nice. The property itself is located in downtown Newmarket surrounded by cafes and restaurants which was great. The only negatives I would say is that the towels has stains on them even after we requested new ones and that grossed me out. Also parking should be included in the price for the night and not be charged separetly. Breakfast did not have a designated area and instead had to be ordered and served in the lobby. The room itself was good.
