This was a amazing place to stay. Room was accomodating, staff were friendly and check in was fast and easy. Lots of restaurants in the area. Will return in a future visit.

A very spacious room with sitting area, table, chairs as well as efficiency refrigerator, two element stovetop, microwave, sink and prep counter. Hotel staff and management were helpful and friendly. We were immediately re-located to an equally fine room when there was an issue with our tv and cable not working properly. Little extras such as onsite baked cookies and muffins were appreciated as much as the hot breakfast choices. We will stay here again. Hoping the no-fee for pet continues as it makes this hotel chain even more appealing when comparing it with other similar ones.

Room just seemed an odd layout with TV off to the side and was small. Fan ran all the time which was annoying, even when room was temp set. Thermostat was in Fahrenheit - Canada is Celsius. Beds were not that comfortable and pillows were lumpy and horrible.
I was there 2 nights and left at 8am but when I returned at 4 pm my room still was not cleaned. They knocked on the door at 4:30pm but I was already relaxing for the day and didn’t want to leave for cleaning. I just took a couple clean towels. I was unimpressed. Overall I did not like the stay.

Very good location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast that was included was excellent.
