I have no issues. I had enough bathroom towels, toilet paper, soap. The bed was comfortable and I usually have a hard time sleeping but I didn’t at all

My girlfriend and I booked a suite and everything seemed fine at the start but after, we realized the water in the shower was coming out so hot we couldnt take a shower, we talked to reception and they said they couldnt do anything that we needed to wait to the next day to talk to someone. Next morning my girlfriend tried to talk to someone different and she was completely ignored and the person was pretty rude in general. For the price of the room we definetely dont recommend or will be staying here again.

First, I want to say that the staff were polite and helpful, but that is where the good review ends, I have photos. Second, I want to let you know that NOWHERE did the website say anything about the hotel being in a stage of renovation, and it was. IF IT HAD, I would not have made a reservation, especially for the price. The carpeting in the hallways, as well as the wallpaper was being replaced, the carpet vent coverers were not in place leaving holes in the floor way. Out of the period of my stay, June 9th through June 18th, 9 days, four of those days, the water pressure in the room was insufficient to take a shower, for days, the toilet tank flapper was inoperative due to the chain being broken and at no time did they replace the chain except with paperclips which keep breaking. I had to place my hand in the tank 14 times to make the toilet flush and yes, I told the desk and the came once to repair but did not return after being told again. 4 days, my room was not cleaned, fresh towels, bedding changed and bed made. The room had metal cups, which are good, but they were not changed and I was watching. There were no washer and dryer units for washing clothes. The breakfast was basic but adequate and the room was small but opened on time each day. I should have known when I arrived when I saw the entire desk area covered from ceiling to desk level with 1.5 inch (approximately) with Bullet resistant, "thick" glass. I was completely disappointed. Police were there repeatedly.

We had a non smoking room however our room had a smoke smell which the hotel took care of. There was not much for the continental breakfast and everyday we had to go to the front desk and ask for the food to be replenished. One day the police were at the hotel and we had no idea why. Overall I would give it 4 stars.
