Was a great hotel in a great location…. Highly recommending staying here… and I will be back to stay whenever I return and plan on staying in Lethbridge again..

The hotel was clean and the staff was great but the indoor pool was super cold and it made sense why nobody was using it. My family was disappointed.

The room was clean, they had a coffee machine in the main lobby that was a pleasant surprise!! Cappuccinos, lattes etc all free!! Very nice addition!! The breakfast was great but unfortunately the pool was ice cold!! Our 4 year old could not get in it. Something had happened with the boilers. We told the front desk and the staff member made accommodations for us at their sister hotel across the parking lot! So nice!! By morning the temperature had warmed up enough for us to use pool. Beds were ok, not the most comfortable but definitely decent. Would stay here again!

The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. The rooms were really clean also. My only complaint was that there seemed to be no ventilation in the pool area. The strong chlorine smell made my allergies really bad, but it could have been just me. My husband and son seemed fine. We didn't stay for breakfast but everything else was great.

Hotel was very clean and staff was awesome continental breakfast was good. Would recommend staying there.
