Highly recommendable

This Hotel is very good and highly recommendable. Our stay was 2 nights at the King Suite in great comfort and the cost was comparable to what other hotels would have charged for a regular room . The hotel is rather new, very clean, good location, good parking which is included and a nice breakfast. We will stay there again . If we have any suggestions it would be for a bigger breakfast room.

Excellent

From the first inquiry phone call (sports team) to Linda, the process was easy and pleasant. The hotel is clean, updated and the staff are very friendly. The basement comfort room was by far the best thing about this hotel though. It made up for no pool by leaps and bounds, corralled our kids to help keep other guests happy, and, was full of everything needed for them to have fun and not run the halls. Not to mention parents could stay down there in comfort to supervise.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable stay

Our team booked this hotel last-minute after our existing booking cancelled. Based on the nightly rate I wasn’t expecting much. The hotel turned out to be new, extremely clean, and with a tasty hot breakfast included (shout out to David who keeps the breakfast area well-stocked and clean). There’s a good spot to hang out with teammate parents and it’s close to a little mall and amenities. A well-run, clean, and comfortable hotel!

Great Location & staff

First the staff. Very friendly and attentive. From the front desk to the gent handling the “buffet”. Room was comfortable, but for some reason I was given a handicap room as did my daughter. The only down side was the shower, seemed slightly weak.
The area was quite practical with short drives to shopping and restaurants.
Now the negative. The “buffet” though included, ;left mush to be desired. Bread was stale, and the choice of meat was well, pretty low. 2 days sausage, one day bacon. I believe both should be offered daily with scrambled eggs as well.
The 24/7 coffee / tea was a very nice touch, but no milk for the tea was a let down.
Would I stay here again? Yes, I believe I would based on the positives outweighing the negs.

Just an OK stay

We stayed here for 3 nights in August, 2025. On arrival the guy at the front desk (did not get his name) snapped at me for asking for early check in at around 3 pm. He definitely needs remedial training in customer care and service. We could of stayed free at the Best Western since I have Diamond Select status and over 100K in points. Thank god it was the end of his shift and Mr. Melo's shift began; he was friendly and quickly checked us in
The AC in the bedroom didn't work properly - the auto feature did not shut off at the desired temperature. Mr. Melo came up but he wasn't successful in fixing it. No maintenance person ever came to fix it.
Housekeeping staff does a sloppy job of cleaning and did not replenish all washroom and coffee/tea supplies.
The guy in the breakfast room was unfriendly and wore flip flops which is against health/safety regulations. He never made eye contact with guests. Breakfast was ok overall - nothing special.
On check out the female (Solom) at the front desk was unfriendly. She did not thank us for staying nor asked if our stay was satisfactory.
Front desk staff should realize there are many hotel options out there and should be friendly and happy to see new guests; but are complacent and lackadaisical.
