A stay made magical thanks to an exceptional team.
When booking, I had simply mentioned that it was her birthday and asked, if possible, for a little something in the room. Honestly, we weren't expecting anything in particular, or at most a little "Happy Birthday" note or a few soap samples. We were therefore truly surprised and touched to discover that Genève and her team had gone well beyond what we had imagined!
From our arrival, Genève welcomed our daughter with a great deal of kindness, wished her a happy birthday, and took an interest in her day. In the room, several lovely surprises were waiting for her, including a birthday card signed by the team members. A few minutes later, Genève even took the time to call us to ensure that everything was perfect and that our daughter was happy with her surprises.
This thoughtfulness continued throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered, from housekeeping to the breakfast staff the next morning, was lovely and attentive. The room was also impeccable.
A special thank you to Genève. ❤️ You transformed a simple night at the hotel into a truly special moment of our daughter's birthday. We were sincerely touched by all these thoughtful gestures.
Thank you to the whole team for this magnificent stay. We will definitely be back!
