Great hotel

This is the best hotel I've been in, the room was perfect, staff was nice, helped with any requests. The room was amazing! They also have BBQ on the balcony! The hot tub is an additional entertainment! We would definitely come back again!

It was a little pricier than we usually go for but very worth it. We will definitely be back! The location was great and the room was beautiful, with a lovely bathroom and full kitchen.

The only comment is regarding the bathtub in our room (which your records will show). It is excellent in every way (beautiful surrounding panels, nice high and adjustable showerhead, good waterflow, temperature, drainage and so on). However, entering and exiting the shower presents a risk of slipping/falling. That being, the walls of the bathtub itself are high, requiring a high step over the wall to enter. As there are no safety bars mounted anywhere to hold onto to steady oneself, one must very carefully place a hand against the shower wall which feels very uncomfortably risky.
The two of us are seniors (in good physical condition), but this is not an age issue. It's an over all ages risk of injury (and liability) concern.

Best condo/hotel in Canmore

Everything was amazing, room was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as best they can. Jessica and Camille were great and did everything they could to make it great. We had a mountain view room and the views were spectacular. Lots of great extras, laundry, movies to watch and popcorn. Would highly recommend staying here!

Most (if not all) rooms in this property are individually owned. Our room was different from the room our friends had, but both were very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful and gave us several good recommendations about places to eat or things to do. I would definitely stay here again.
