Outstanding customer service. Rooms are clean and the staff were more than accommodating to our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
My only feedback isn’t a negative but more or an opportunity for the hotel to grow.
There was no corkscrew in the rooms (staff was eager to supply one). The wine glasses were extremely small and need to be refreshed. We asked for real cutlery and weren’t given napkins.
The coffee shop is closed on Friday’s. This was so strange to me.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the public areas of the hotel seemed clean as well. The room was quite small and the hotel seemed very overpriced to us. For what we paid, we would have expected a much larger room and at the very least a continental breakfast. And we had to pay for parking in addition to the high room rate.

Nice place, good facilities, one guy at reception was not too helpful at all and they promised to send my bill by email afterwards but it did not happen. Rest of the staff was pretty helpful, especially the person cleaning our room.

We celebrated our 20th Anniveraary, and they surprised us with a piece of cake, which was so kind!

Good accommodation for the price.

Well located in the Canmore area. Barely 15 minutes from the entrance to Banff Park. The rooms were okay, nothing more (cheap furniture and decor). The pool was strangely located; we had to walk in our swimsuits in front of the restaurant terrace to get there. The rooms were poorly soundproofed; we heard a dog yapping all night and the dog was one floor below. The air conditioner was super noisy, motel-style.
