Loved the pool - a separate kiddie pool is perfect! Loved that there was a water fountain and bathrooms near the pool too. Breakfast was good. They need a separate elevator for their staff, as it really is slow and holds everyone up while they’re cleaning and moving their supplies up and down, especially when you add in people checking in/out at the same time. Parking sucks hardcore, and can feel a bit sketchy. Easy access around the city, and nearby a lot of amenities.

The hotel was very outdated , i. e. Leather ottoman from the 70's in the room. Breakfast was ok, hottub was very small. The first front desk attendant was very helpful. Seen some some hiding through out the hotel playing on their phones

Best breakfast! Real plates and silverware. Whipped cream for waffles! Other hot items. Also have a Nescafe coffee machine in lobby that can make cappuccino, lattes, hot chocolate, etc. anytime.
Pool is smaller than it looks in picture, but clean and nice.

Compared to the Best Western Plus Hotel in Leduc, the breakfast offerings and quality were poor, and especially the coffee was very unappetizing.
The coffee from the espresso machine on the first floor was also very bad.
The swimming pool didn't feel clean, whether the floor was dirty or the water was dirty.
Additionally, a fire alarm went on at 1 AM, but the front desk didn't answer the phone at all, and none of the hotel staff provided instructions on how to respond. This part can be said to be a very disappointing point. It can be said that emergency response training for employees befitting the name value of Best Western Hotel is urgently needed.

We always saw staff cleaning, breakfast was good, though they could use a 3rd waffle maker. Reception was friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable!
