Buffalo Mountain Lodge
Le Buffalo Mountain Lodge est situé à Banff, sur le flanc du mont Tunnel et à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Chaque chambre dispose d'une cheminée à bois et d'une salle de bains privative.

Banff & Beyond!
The Buffalo Mountain Lodge were amazing from start to finish for our three-night stay.
I have given them five stars not because the facilities were perfect (they weren’t - some of the place is a little old and dated) but the management and our experience went beyond the expectations we had.
Upon arrival we were upgraded, so rather than being in a hotel-like room, we had an apartment-style room with separate bedroom and lounge, and even had a small kitchen. This was perfect for us. We were given bus passes, which came in handy on Day 1 when we wanted to explore downtown Banff. The bus stop is just outside the hotel.
The hot tub was enormous and we had it to ourselves.
Mule deer wandered past our room in the evenings.
We didn’t go to the restaurant, unfortunately, but it was popular every evening.

Nice Place with fireplace and easy access downtown via short bus ride.
We stayed 2 nights and the room was large and nice. It had a fireplace but we didn't get to use it as it was too warm.
Good size fridge with freezer.
Good nature view outside our balcony.
The food prices are reasonable and the staff were great.
They give you a free pass for the Roam buses which not only takes you downtown but by changing buses it takes you to the Gondola. The frequency is very good.

Great room
This is a good choice for a Banff hotel. Although the rooms are some way from reception/restaurant the room was really nice with an excellent bath tub. The rsataurant was good with a table available to watch the World Cup.

Wonder combination of Luxury and Lodge
Buffalo Mountain Lodge is the perfect combination of luxury and lodge. The atmosphere was relaxed without any sacrifice of quality and service. It was away from the hustle of downtown, yet the downtown area was easily accessible via the complimentary shuttle bus. If I ever return to this area, I will stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. They do give an actual key rather than a key card. We got upgraded to a junior suite from a king room which was nice to have the extra space. There is a hot tub which we enjoyed one night. They also provide a 3 day bus pass. We were there 3 nights. We had breakfast there one day as well which was good. The only thing I didn’t realize is that there is no AC but the room cools down at night so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.
