Great value for this basic and clean motel.

The room was clean and recently updated. It had all amenities and basic continental breakfast with large muffins. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Not recommended

Location good. Stayed here as Canalta was full and being unfamiliar with town didn’t know of other options. 1st room we were provided was very unclean carpets old pitted with cigarette butts and smelled of dogs. The worst was the fly stip hanging from the sealing which was full and numerous dead flies on the carpet. The second room a slight bit better no fly strip. Carpet in same condition, shower curtain filthy left it a tub of water and soap to soak when we left. Bathroom
Door frame scratched up possible Play music dog but not sure. I will say the motel clerk was very nice and accommodating, but we will not stay there again and cannot recommend it.

Reservations at front desk very kind. Beds comfy. Price excellent when on the road. Came in late left very early

We did not get to try breakfast as left at 5 am. Like that they had refrigerator in room. Very clean. Allowed dogs which is a bonus.grateful they had a room on short notice. No issues with hot water. Kids happy fast food across the road. Very easy access from highway.

Great conveniences for low priced motel in a small center.

Very unexpected little motel in Assiniboia, Sk. Booked because it was well priced, then were surprised to find, a fridge and coffeemaker in the room, and a continental breakfast, simple but adequate. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. For the price I think the value was great! Very plain room as is expected in a small town motel. Also, even though many workers staying in the motel it was very quiet at night. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Assiniboia.

No complimentary breakfast despite assurances otherwise

Nothing special here. Room was clean. Partially updated. Bed was comfortable. When we booked the room by phone, we were told that a complimentary breakfast was included. In the room, there is a sign that complimentary breakfast is served between 7 and 10. When we arrived at the breakfast room, nothing was set up. The boy said they didn't set out breakfast that day because they had 'run out of some of the stuff'. Not a big deal (A&W is across the street) but not very professional. For what we paid, I think we could have done better.
