Disaster

Beautiful building and total disaster inside. There's no way she'd move in again for that money. Started construction with scary noises right under our noses a month after we moved in, nothing could be changed, so every day I thought I would go crazy, then from the building area the bike we bought was stolen, can you imagine?! From the supposedly protected area and the train, we learned that our case here is not isolated. The management did not feel the need to take the initiative in clarifying the problem as soon as possible and providing the video surveillance footage , said that the solution of the issue is possible only through the police , whose contact would be already delayed. On the roof there is a chic swimming pool with city and bay views , the restaurant is delicious , but you can only imagine that in the 21st century in such a modern building you are not able to settle the card , only because the owners do not feel the need to take care of the guests , they only want cash settlement , so before visiting please spend your time and stop at the ATM to withdraw money . Half the staff in this restaurant are friendly, but their faces say you're not welcome here, disaster. Internet speed was terrible in the apartment, had to install a new speed router for your money, electricity periodically disappears, so if you work online be careful. From other apartments a cockroach once crawled under the doors , so it is worth sealing the apartment from the sheets from the main corridor . All 6 months waited indefinitely for the contract to be completed, the stay left the worst impressions. We've been traveling all over the world for years, and this house has never been seen anywhere. Management is not able to solve any problem unless you repeatedly report it , it has reached scandals and wasted so much nerve just because owners and managers do not pay due attention to the selection of qualified and competent management . This is the same case where behind a beautiful package is a missing candy. I sincerely hope that the people who chose this place for a wonderful stay in the city do not encounter the worst memories of their lives.

Every thing is ok. Just construction noise was laud till late evening but it stopped when we get back to room after dinner.
