Weekend Trip with Family
The hotel with ancient style and located in the middle of Mondulkiri Province.

Needs some simple improvements
On two of the three nights we stayed there was a loud party of young people (staying at the hotel) using the hotel pavilion for a party, until 1130pm. *put non-party revellers on the back side of the hotel away from the pavilion.
The adjacent restaurant was convenient for dinner, but many of the menu options were not available, including drinks. A display case of available drinks would resolve this.
There is no elevator, and also no staff other than the receptionist to assist. This was fine for us but other tourists might like to know about this.
A spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom would be a good idea.
Receptionist was friendly.

Friendly Staff
The room had an old TV with CRT screen and very bad signal.
Room was basic but comfortable. We faced the back of the hotel but we not in our room much.
Not near town center so if you dont habe a vehicle it is quite isolated.
Free water and $3 towards breakfast at the close by restaraunt.
It met our needs.

Average hotel for the area, excellent service, especially laundry
Wi-Fi was available in the room and lobby and worked well.
We had laundry done while there. Got our clothes back in one day for an amazingly low $5. In general, we found the service good, though some of the staff had trouble with English.
We ate dinner every night in the associated restaurant, which is across the street. The food was excellent, with as usual, fish and vegetables better than the meat dishes.
This is not a luxury hotel, but was certainly adequate for our purposes. The rooms were quiet and reasonable. Our room was up two flights of stairs. A lift would be nice for carrying bags.
A refrigerator and TV shared a single electrical outlet, which meant you had to decide which was more important. Go with the refrigerator. There was nothing to interests us on the TV.
A large centipede (photo attached) was an interesting find one morning on the ground floor hallway. We found it fun, but others may be a bit squeamish.
