Soiled box spring for a mattress!!

Good thing we only had to spend two nights here. If we had a choice, we would have got out before spending even one night. I don't know why this hotel is even listed. Unless they clean up their act before next season, they should be shut down.

Go there is you get a VERY good deal and aren't fussy...

...in addition, I suppose go there off-season. It seems to me it would be quite noisy, not to mention messy during high season. Basically, it's a weird little family-run hotel. I got there with my mother at a ridiculously low price, during an exceptionally hot October. For the price (I cant remember, but maybe 50 Euro for a weekend for both of us incl. breakfast and dinner), it was fine. The good: it's located right on the beach at Kabakum beach near Varna (there's a regular city bus). We didn't expect much at all; yet my mother did not fail to notice the poor service. On top, hotel management held family parties and smoked inside the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were laughable - something I hadn't seen since kindergarten 30 years ago (for example, rice with milk topped with cinnamon, plus the cheapest wine one could get, for 1 Euro:)). I didn't mind the room - not exceptionally clean, but had twin beds and an old cable TV.:) I've seen smaller-size rooms. For sure, if you happen to get the same deal as we did, enjoy the (far-from-clean) beach. For 13 Euro per night it was fine... minus the smoke!

Very dirty hotel with very bad service

Me and my family were in hotel "Noy" , Golden sands, Bulgaria and were very bad impressed with everything in this hotel, very dirty- they cleaned and change the towels on every 3 days not every day.No refrigerator in the room almost everything is broken very old and used furniture, mattress is very used is not possible to sleep on them. Breakfast was poor and not for vegetarian people.The stuff is not polite. after i did reservation for deluxe apartment and pay deposit via western Union (because they dont accept credit cards to guaranty reservation and payment) they refused to accommodate me and my family in this apartment telling me apartment is already occupied (they did duplicate reservation using internet website as booking.com and others). They were very arrogant with me and we were very bad impressed with this hotel and their stuff. I dont recommend this hotel to nobody. Stay far from this hotel and others which dont accept credit cards for reservation because there is something wrong with these hotels.
