Very nice hotel for our stopover

Nice city hotel, well suited for 1 night on our way further to Pipericon and to the sea.
Excellent restaurant for the evening, typical tasty Bulgarian breakfast, small pool, room completely freshly renovated and large.

Great night spend in the restaurant trying the new draft beer Erdinger

Me and my friends went to the restaurant. It was a great experience! We ordered many different dishes and all of them were made perfectly and served in time. The restaurant have a digital menu and you can place an order for your phone.
As a beer lover I have to say that they have the best draft beer in the town. In the menu they have draft Carlsberg and now they have draft Erdinger. We went to the restaurant for the degustation of Erdinger. There was a specialist from the Bulgarian Carlsberg manufacturing facilities and he explained to us everything about there product lineup and the manufacturing, also he showed us hops and different tips of grain.
If I have to be honest, the prices are a little bit high, but it's worth it.

Work and family time

I experienced a fantastic stay with my family, but I was working for distance and had the best view, the best Internet and calamity. I would recommend to anyone who loves quiet days working.

Nice stay

The hotel offers great accomodations, nice pool although it is not thermal water, but it is a pleasan temperature. Good spa facilities, but you have to pay extra for massage. Clean, large rooms and bathroom. Ask for a balcony :). It's situated on the main street, this can be an inconvenient, but it is not noisy.
You have supermarket and ATM nearby. The restaurant is ok for breakfast, a little expensive for other meals. They have newly renovated floors also.

BEWARE – DO NOT STAY at Kiparis

I was hesitant to write my first negative review, but I decided to warn future guests who may have misleading information about Kiparis. I carefully researched the hotel before my stay and even called a couple of times but strangely enough, no one bothered to mention the following:
1. As seen in the picture attached, they have ongoing construction work, which causes constant noise all day long. Hammering, loud knocking and disruptions of any kind make it impossible to rest, relax, or work. Had I been warned beforehand, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere without ruining my vacation.
2. Nonexistent internet although falsely advertised as “Free Wi-Fi”. You have to move around the hotel just to check your email. No way to work, stream, video, etc. If I had known beforehand, I would have brought a separate device for private connection. Instead, I had no other choice but to pay $10 each day through my US provider.
On top of this, my son’s brand-new Samsung ear buds got stolen from the room. After visiting hotels all around the world over 20 years, I did not have any personal belongings missing up to this point. The manager did not care a bit and said that they have enough of positive reviews to worry about a negative one.
So, in total my stay at Kiparis cost me double the price I planned for it but added stress as a bonus.
