This Hotel was simply awesome from start to finish.
We stayed 5 nights as we had a hire car and were exploring the area.
Everything about this Hotel impressed us.
We actually had dinner in the Hotel every night because the food was quite magnificent and extremely well priced.
The location of the Hotel was perfect.We wandered along the docks,and also walked along the beach and through the lovely parks.All were within 10/15 mins.
The main precinct really came to life at night,with live entertainment on a stage just a few steps away from the Hotel.
The staff were all brilliant and helpful.
Our room was large,with good storage facilities and superb air conditioning.
We rated it as one of the best Hotels we have ever stayed in over 37 years holidaying across Eastern and Central Europe.

The hotel is well-located and clean, although the carpet wasn't vacuumed in three nights.
The staff weren't very friendly, but apparently that's common throughout Bulgaria, and their responses were curt.
The breakfast provided was of average quality. The pool and spa area, including the hammam and sauna, are a real plus.
It would be helpful to post a sign at reception and at the pool entrance stating that showering before entering the pool is MANDATORY. This is for hygiene and out of respect for other guests.

Hotel bien placé, propre malgré la moquette jamais aspirée en 3 nuits.
Personnels non souriants mais il semblerait que c'est dans toute la Bulgarie et réponse sèche.
Petit déjeuner fourni de moyenne qualité.
Piscine et espace SPA, Hammam et Sauna est un vrai plus.
Cela serait bien de mettre un message à l'accueil et à l'entrée de la puscine que passer par la douche avant d'entrer dans la piscine est OBLIGATOIRE. Pour l'hygiène et pour le respect des autres personnes.

The hotel itself is great. Large rooms, very clean. Food and wine in restaurant was faultless, and the server lovely. Very reasonably priced (and there’s a 20% discount for guests). Reception staff not great, especially at check in when staff member was insisting on a PIN number for a card that doesn’t have one. She would not accept that it could be inserted and verified with a signature (which the manager confirmed upon checkout). Very unsmiling, unfriendly reception staff. Maybe it was a language problem because I live in Bulgaria and love the people. Or maybe they are trained to be overly formal. Great location though. Bad news: bar shuts at 10/10.30! Also bad: cleaner came into my room both mornings when I was in bed, despite my Do Not Disturb light being on. Scary!

Good Value for a Pleasant Stay

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall experience was very good.
