Hospedagem com conforto e tranquilidade.

O atendimento é um diferencial, equipe muito educada e domina a atividade que executa. Quarto muito bem higienizado e nível de ruído baixíssimo proporcionando uma noite de sono reparador. Recomendo, muito bom.

Lack of transparency and commitment to the customer

Unfortunately, my experience with Hotel Princesa dos Vales was quite negative, not by the service itself, but by the way they handled an unexpected situation. Last year, I made an advance for accommodation during a family meeting, which had to be cancelled due to the heavy rains that devastated Rio Grande do Sul in early 2024. At the time, the hotel assured that the amount would remain as credit for use in the future, which seemed a reasonable stance in the face of the circumstances.
But almost a year later, I was surprised by the negative credit. Without any prior notice or opportunity for negotiation, the hotel simply refused to honor what had been agreed, showing a change of attitude that, to say the least, is dishonest.
If they had set a deadline for the use of the value or offered some fair alternative, even with a financial supplement, the outcome could have been different. However, it is clear that the company adopts an unflexible and unreliable policy, which surely makes me rule out any possibility of return or recommendation.
Attitudes like this show the profile of a small business, not by its structure, but by its limited long-term vision and lack of respect for customers. A shame. Hopefully, in the future, the hotel will mature its posture and learn to value those who trust its services.

Affordable hotel and central location

I stayed here several nights for a wedding. Veranopolis isn't a popular tourist town, but that's the whole attraction. The hotel is central and has well-sized clean rooms and bathrooms. Had a comfortable stay and although I didn't use breakfast I know that also the breakfast is more than ok. Right in the centre and everything nearby, including restaurants, supermarket etc.

Simple but good

The hotel is a simple hotel but good.
The rooms are clean and the hotel is situated in the middel of the city.
The prices are a lot lower than in the Verona hotel and include breakfast
For luxury you go to Verona hotel, for a good price, you go here

Hotel simples e confortável

O hotel é simples e um pouco antigo, mas supre todas as necessidades de hospedagem.
As camas são confortáveis.
Os atendentes são muito educados e o café da manhã é bem completo.
A localização do hotel é otima
