SPECTACULAR INN, I HAD VERY WONDERFUL AND BLESSED DAYS IN THIS PLACE!

No words to describe these wonderful days I enjoyed at Pousada Cascata dos Amores! The inn is beautiful, super well cared for, rich in delicate details and surrounded by beautiful and vast nature. In the pool we admire the beautiful view of the mountains and lots of greenery, as well as listening to the water current. In the orchid chalet where I stayed, beautiful, isolated and silent, I had the unique experience of every day when I woke up, opened the window and admired the beautiful waterfall. Soft and comfortable bed, hot shower, spacious bathroom, sensational wi-fi, excellent structure! Not to mention the special and unique Dona Laura, a charming person, we talked a lot, she was always helpful and attentive, she helped me promptly with everything. Silvana was also always attentive, and Mr. Angelo, very attentive, polite and friendly, clarified all my doubts regarding the reservation. I highly recommend this inn, they were unforgettable days that will remain forever in my heart and in my memory! A THOUSAND NOTE TO YOU!

Pousada Cascata dos Amores

I recently stayed with my partner at Pousada Cascata dos Amores for 2 days, staying in a room.
It is a small, simple, clean, and whose physical structure worked correctly, despite the small dimensions of the box. Breakfast is basic and without personality.
We had a cold, dry initial reception from Mrs. Laura, the hostess.
She also refused to provide filtered water to my companion, stating that the supply of water in the inn for drinking is only achieved if purchased with her, or the guest brings from outside! That with clean and abundant water in the region (Teresópolis) and in the taps of the place! It was an absurd (in all respects) and unacceptable attitude – I had never lived this experience in my life as a traveler/tourist.
Wouldn't be Mrs. Laura breaking the law? (Law 7.457 / 2022 - Law 5.947 / 11)
PS: On the door of the guest house rooms it says that it is forbidden to smoke inside, but, curiously, the owner often polluted the environment with her cigarettes.

Disappointment...

Goodnight.
We asked and stayed in room 7 next to the waterfall.
Tiny
Very busy decor inside.
Poor quality bed linen.
Towels also of inferior quality (thin)
Large and very clean bathroom.
Breakfast:
Spoiled slice of melon.
The juice didn't seem natural, horrible,
Yogurt out of ice and of an unknown brand.
Few options, and flies landing on the bread.
I WON'T GO BACK AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

Charming hotel

Great hotel. Leisure structure and very good reception! The hotel has the characteristic of being romantic, but it welcomes families with children very well. Simple but delicious breakfast. Quiet and surrounded by trees. Sleeping with the sound of the river passing behind is very good.

Inn with good structure but with areas for improvement

Good location and good structure.
- I stayed in chalet nr 06.
. The chalet is a little more expensive than the other rooms, being smaller and less attractive.
. Cleanliness left something to be desired, bathroom with very dirty cabinet
. Bathroom sink dripping and wetting the floor.
. Super thin and colorful towels
. Very simple cafe but in a nice location
. Colored and low-quality bedding
. A single employee but very helpful and friendly.
. It has air conditioning without a ceiling fan.
. Fridge working well.
. TV with multiple channels
