The staff was friendly and very efficient. The rooms were sufficient but the bedding was below normal. The sheets did not cover the mattress. The breakfast was substantial with a variety of options.

Room at first seemed to be ok. After looking at it closer the bathroom floor was sticky, especially around the toilet. We literally had to cover the floor with towels. Then with the bed, the sheet was torn in half for some reason. And to top it off…about to go to bed and cockroach came walking across the bed. Done.

Horrible hotel!

Worst hotel in Brazil, for sure. A trash! A tiny, dirty room. You don't even have a wardrobe, a drawer. Bad bathroom than the highway. And worse: I asked to clean up for two days in a row, and I was ignored. Get out of those spells!

Poor organization and geographical location.

The room is fine, standard IbIS, the staff is very attentive, but the lack of organization ends in poor service. As an example, one of the days of the stay I returned from the office at about 19:00 and the room was not fixed, several excuses, anyway they looked for someone who would go to fix it. The delay of dinner is absurd, one day I requested dish of the day to make it quicker and wait an hour for a Milanese chicken and rice, the next day knowing the experience I requested a ham and cheese omelet, they took more than half an hour. The location is very bad, there is absolutely nothing nearby and so the hotel should take care of providing better service and compensate for that lack.
