Rest and nature

Although the structure is old, we had a very comfortable stay. The outdoor pool area is very nice, and the breakfast is the very good. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy everything available, but I consider going back.
I suggest better control of consumption in the pool, since they didn't find my order at check-out, and then called me about foods I didn't consume.

Despite the beauty of the place, leaves to be desired in Service and the price charged does not match what is offered.

The place is beautiful, nice, but the hydro of the suite did not work and there was no conditioner to the disposition. At the checkout, when reporting the problems found, the employee said “to find strange” and I took a while to be released, as he asked to check the room to see what had actually been consumed, which took about 20 minutes. As I saw that it would take longer, I reinforced what I had consumed and that I needed to go away. He then said he would contact us if there were any disagreements. I found the daily very expensive for what it offers, because the breakfast has few options and seems to lack care with details, something that is also noticeable walking through the property.

Disappointing

Good afternoon.
Only feedback from my stay
We stayed in room B1
Room size very good
Spacious, very good bathroom
Main bed leaves nothing to be desired
It's two single beds that have been put together , and one of them is higher than the other , which leaves very uncomfortable for a couple can't even embrace , the acoustics of the room tbm leaves a desire
On Saturday night to Sunday couple fucked and it seemed like they were in our room the bed made a lot of noise.
Finally breakfast few options and today 21/09 we went for coffee at 09:00
And a lot was missing
There was no replacement.

Don't waste your rich little money

Disappointing. The site is abandoned, no maintenance. Unfortunately I hesitated not to see the reviews before and went for the beautiful photos and for what “offers benefits” but nothing has maintenance and the cleanliness leaves to be desired. Pool covered with dirty edges, sludge at the bottom, no heating (sayed to be). Bed linen smelling mold. Degraded and precarious school.
The care is neither good nor bad. It doesn't make up for expenses. It's not worth it. And I also found that there's a bad reputation in the city for being a place where certain things happened.

Lack of respect for the customer

I made the booking via booking for January 2025, this week when I entered the platform I saw that the hotel had unilaterally canceled my booking. I contacted good hotel whatsapp because they did not respond in the booking chat, because I wanted to understand the reason because there was availability on the platform for the same dates. To my surprise they said that the values were wrong and that they had unilaterally canceled without any kind of explanation and I imagine that they did so out of greed to charge more expensive and without information to avoid some kind of booking punishment. That is, the establishment places photos not consistent and does not deliver the promised as one can read in various reports, not deserving reliability.
