Excelente motel
Suite super limpa, atendimento muito bom, cozinha muito boa tb, recomendo e com certeza voltarei.As meninas da recepção são super educadas e atenciosas. E a suíte q peguei não era a top, e gostamos muito. Hidor super quente, bem aconchegante.

I gave a star because I didn't like the manager's service. (in the Google review).
Delicious motel, everything new, fragrant, automated, endless options to have fun. All electronics working perfectly, except the solar ceiling.
Linen, towels, pillows, all clean and targeted. Impeccable. Congratulations to the designers and executives of the project.
Congratulations also on the choice of the staff. The attendant at the exit... what a jerk. Completed my night.
I don't know anything about hospitality, but you have college, right?...It's just telling others to do what they told you in school.
Motel is different. It can be expensive, pretty, ugly, free, sophisticated, approved by its moral rules, people go there mostly for one thing. And the room is stunning! If I asked for coke and came a slippers, beauty!!!!! Only yesterday, I had time and peace.
I only had a foam bath bag. I ordered six more. I couldn't and until now I didn't understand why. I spoke about 10 minutes with the nurse and she said she was going to look into the possibility. I imagined she was going to consult the manager, but then she told me she was the manager herself. I understood even less... will you consult the owner? I've heard a lot of questions and claims about the rules that are just two sache and are free. I wanted six and the girl said there was a limit on the number of bags. So I ordered 20. That's where she went to find out. With more information, she returned the call, this time waking my wife. Push....I called and asked so low...."Send me six sachets of foam, please. My wife is asleep and I want her to see foam to the ceiling when she wakes up.
Girl....your answer is: Then, sir.
I know that, in the end, you sent a tube of foam instead of six saches. I joined the two tubes and she had foam to the ceiling!!!!! And still left the only lonely and rare sache...we left pro final, as a delight, but did not need. It remained intact in the room.
I wanted to play a lot in the water of the Acqua plus suite. Swimming pool, hydromassage, shower for two people, waterfall, a high pool. What a delight!!! And the lights....the water blueer than the Caribbean. I only had two towels and I ordered six more to avoid having to wear a wet towel. Please send me six towels? "Sir, we have rules. I work with towel replacement. If you get wet, ask for more than I order." It was concise and objective in explaining the rules and reminded me that they are there to be followed.
Soon came the two towels. Wasn't she right? I didn't need any more towels. It was just not to enter the suspended pool and I used only a towel. The problem is I was cold already and my wife felt cold. I gave my towel to her and problem solved, but I didn't like it. Still took advantage to remind me that "with that much foam, if you fall in the pool you get a fine. It's on the plate!! In front of the pool, see?" Always professional, never crossed the line, but I got tired of the voice. I asked why she was telling me that, if she already had a plaque telling that... girl... if I had spoiled the pool, I would be held responsible for it. He was paying the fee to recover, coming to clean the pool with the guy and still having a break with him in that wonderful room. I was sent to write in a whatsapp to make a reservation, and I asked....girl...pass me the pix. How much? She understood at the time!!! hahaha. This guy wants not to get bored today!!! haha. Vivida.
Girl....manager general...sorry, I forgot your name. suggest there....check bail to cover the expenses if the guy spends more than the pix he made. Manager cares about efficiency and quality. Or precision and quality as my boss said. It will save on the electricity of the phone call, since I don't have to call to know if you can. I leave the check blank. Fill with the total and it is beauty.
Over the night, I was mentally counting the expenses. I got close to R$500. Gave R$325,50. I had 500 fun and spent 325,50 off the suite that I paid full value, (R$726,00) since I could not be sure what time I was leaving. I had searched the website which values and found nothing about overnight or long periods on a Monday. It said from R$462 and nothing more. I paid 12 hours, full fare and stayed while it was wonderful. Eight hours.
In the end, she ended up sending my saches. It all ended well!!! It's that when they ringed the bell next, I had already used the tube that was in the room more than she sent. I didn't know there was a foam tube in the room. I didn't see and she couldn't explain. Since I didn't have to, I threw the sachês in the pool water yes, but without opening. Imagine....it's in the pool, it has the plate, but it's closed....it has a fine like that?
I got out of there done. Wonderful construction, decoration of extremely good taste. Still smiling again at the exit.
In time....on arrival, I immediately ordered 20 bottles of water and a very simple rosé sparkling. I asked if it was the spumant, because the photo on the menu was the wine and not the spumant. It took a while, but it came. It's really a mistake in making the menu. The sparkling Rosé Piscine I know, has the clear bottle, with the aluminium color of pink and .....ROLHA!! In the photo, the bottle has easy closing lid. I think the kitchen noticed the problem and sent another champagne. He counted on the good old Lambrusco, which is always a good option and was on the menu. Missing too, and they chose for me. I got a sparkling named Tribianni. I didn't know it and it wasn't on the menu. Congratulations to the food and beverage manager who solved the problem without even asking the general manager.
I didn't go to a motel in many years, I wanted to see what I had new. Wow....what beautiful time to tour new motels..
I'll visit other motels even cheaper and see how life is out there.
