Super recommend

Excellent service, great location, rooms with comfortable beds, clean with air, fridge bar and wi-fi. The breakfast is very well served, delicious.

I would not come back for free

When I went to my room there was a hair puf in the toilet. The bathroom was also filled with hair. The fronts are encased. But the worst of all is the parking lot. As if I hadn't stuck the clamp, the hood of my car was all scratched by the cat standing over there. I would not come back for free

They offer services that don't deliver, literally.

In the booking they said that there is champagne or wine in the most expensive suite and I bought. But then I was informed that they do not offer this service. Even they have put it in the description and even more put a photo of the champagne in the room! And they said it was a website booking error. I even found disrespect for my intellect.

Oh, bad!

We hosted me and my husband with our baby of 4 months and we were disappointed, first that when making the reservation had the option to put a crib and when arriving at the hotel there was no crib available, according to the room did not offer the minimum of comfort, the cover that was stored in the closet is dusted, with
bad smell, the pillows hard, there are no supports in the bathroom/box, even the door of the room was stuck...Finally bad!
