Really bad

Worst experience of my life. I went in the first week of January. Me and my friends took the private suite, although pipa was without water, the hostel staff showed total unpreparedness to deal with the situation. The check-in was from the 14th and we arrived near the 18th, the room was not ready, and no one asked to warn us in advance. We were caught completely by surprise.
They still needed to wash the bedding and they only delivered this to us after the first daily (luckily I had taken a cover and we were able to cover the mattress).
They asked us to wait at most half an hour to finish the room and it took about an hour. When we entered the room everything was dirty. Our feet got BLACK because of the situation on the ground, we had to ask to pass a pot and a floor cloth, when an employee appeared with a already dirty BLACK cloth to clean everything. Other than that the pool was empty (which was the least of the questions)
We knew the structure would be simple but we did not count in any way on the dirt and neglect in the care.
We didn't have the courage to have breakfast there. We used the structure only to sleep and take a bath (and still, there was a day when my friend had to sleep dirty pq of nothing was without water - and no one communicated - if we knew, we would have programmed to return earlier from the center so that everyone can sleep clean.
We asked the owner to make a check out after the agreed time, even as a form of compensation (check-out was from 11am and passed to 13am), I don't know if there was a lack of communication but a worker appeared knocking on the door at 11am to ask us to leave.
In fact, worse experience I and my friends have ever had. We tried to be super comprehensive during the stay but were many questions that appeared.
