Great night sleep

I found everything great. Clean, organization, super receptive staff and very good breakfast. I had a great night's sleep. The only detail was the internet that swung a bit in the day, but does not interfere with my rating.

A Great Experience

Almost everything perfect! The place is very beautiful and well located for those going for work, as it is right at the entrance to the city. But not so much for tourism, like pharmacy, for example. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, despite visible signs of wear. I had a small problem with the air conditioning unit, whose flap had a problem and directed the air only downwards, without movement, making it difficult to cool the room (room 407), in addition to making a very uncomfortable noise, and with the shower, that spread water very unevenly, as if some holes were covered. But these are details that can be easily resolved! The hotel is beautiful, quite pleasant, has an excellent pool area, a delightful winter garden (which I used as a home office) and a restaurant worthy of praise. But the most important thing and what caught my attention the most was the team. Kind, polite, helpful and always willing to give tips and find solutions for guests. From my reception in the evening, to the restaurant, to the closing of my account, everything was impressive due to the excellent service! In addition to cleaning and organization. When I return to Paracatu I already know where to stay.

Good accommodation option

Great place for a stopover between Brasília and BH. Large, well-appointed room with good quality bed, silent air conditioning, hairdryer and safe.
Breakfast could be more varied, but it doesn't compromise.
Excellent outdoor area, with a good-sized heated pool, open until 10 pm, and an airy, well-equipped gym.
Another advantage is that the restaurant is open until 10 pm, allowing you to have a good meal without leaving the hotel, after a tiring journey, at a fair price.
As points that could be improved, I highlight the absence of some pieces in the room that are needed and would be a simple solution, such as glass cups for drinking water and shower caps.
The daily price is a little expensive, but it is worth it, especially if the stay is not just to spend the night, enjoying the outdoor area.
