Beautiful location, but no swimming in the ocean and the hotel has maintenance issues and needs an update.

This property seats on a privileged location, beautiful beach. Although you cannot swim at the beach because of the rocks and reefs, the views from the property are breathtaking. This hotel needs better maintenance. It’s definitely due to a major upgrade, but if the administration would take better care of some minor details, such as cleaning floors better, fixing mirrors and light switches, it would make a big difference. The black out shades do not work and it would be very simple to fix, they just need to lower the blinds to cover the sliding doors completely. The breakfast and dinner are good, the staff is friendly but not very accommodating.

a trap, dirty and disguisting

no investment at all, staircases falling apart, rusty and dangereous. same for interior and furniture. but the most disgusting is the hygenic situation, the bed was full of divers human liquids of any kind and many years and was smelling so awful that it was not possible to sleep. cockroaches visited us additionally during the night, balcony balustrade not stable nor safe as wood was rotten. it was not possible to sleep neither due to event hall in front of rooms with a concert until 0300. food is not worse to try, fight for food at breakfast buffet station.
gym cannot be used. pool balustrade smells urine and mire...
staff was nevertheless friendly.
price exagerated and never ever 4stars.... avoid this hotel, ad pics are fake...

Not coming back

Simply false advertising. No WiFi in rooms, gym consists of a rusty multi function machine, horrible treadmill and dumbbells up to 10kg, noisy fridge in room and terrible pool bar service. Loads of potential but no interest nor investment.
