Satisfied

Overall it was an excellent experience. Congratulations on all this structure. The room very beautiful, modern and with everything we need.
The fishing is very cool, I'm sure my 3 year old son will not forget. One idea I would give is to create some more entertainment in that animal footprint.
I would also like to leave my thanks to collaborator Greidson, who served us very well during the three days of stay.
We'll come back more often.

Better Hosting

Bella did not give up celebrating her birthday at the place she loves most and as always, the stay was perfect! Birthday package assembled with much affection by Lorrane, Carol and Paula, Elizete and Gesley capricious in the decoration and confection of the cake and sweets that was excellent. The food as always perfect, chicken caipira and rice with pequi with a wonderful taste prepared by Angelica Andre and kajak who has blessed hands!Since I arrived we were very well served by Gilmara and Davison and Davi who met with excellence all our needs and requests. At dinner we order a pizza and a delicious hamburger prepared by Gislaine and Aurea. Exterior area very well cared for by the general services in particular the Paulo Antonio and Arlete, the cleaning of the chalet also impeccable by the hands of the cleide and Janete. The kids loved the experience and we too, all as expected! Our checkout made quickly and very affectionate by Junior as always very helpful and attentive. We will always return to rest the body and mind, a place of peace and tranquility. And a special thanks to Giovanna who also took care of all the details with a lot of affection and attention so that the accommodation was spectacular!

For now, just disappointment.

We arrived today and stayed in a cottage, 5 people, ordered a dinner to be taken to the cottage. With schedule for 20:00. It all went well with the boy we made the order. We complained three times about the delay, so after we waited so long, the boy said he couldn't take dinner to the cottage. Why didn't you notify me at the time of the request? Disappointment, poor Service.

Stay at Eco Port

I stayed for two nights and liked the experience a lot. All staff were extremely courteous and polite. My Reservation was from Wednesday to Friday, and the hotel was quite empty, which contributed to a quiet experience. The place is ideal for rest in a couple and family. All meals offer many well served options. The room is quite comfortable and includes towels to be used in the pool. The jacuzzi can only be used with scheduled hours, and although I only managed to use it once, it was a very pleasant experience.
The prices of the restaurant products are reasonable. The only reservation was the inconvenience with the noise and the movement of people due to an area under construction, but it did not hinder my stay.
One detail that can be improved is that, at two times, groups of employees discussed and decided tasks in front of the guests. On one occasion, an employee came to attract the attention of others to have the conversation elsewhere, which is something simple to adjust.
Overall, I liked the place very much. I believe there is nothing similar in the region and definitely worth seeing!
