Pleasant experience in Monte Verde
We discovered the hostel on Instagram. We wanted to escape from the BH Carnival and found it interesting to return to MV after many years. The guesthouse is right on top of the mountain with a beautiful view. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly Mr Camargo and the dogs from the guesthouse. They're imposing, but friendly. I confess I was scared, because they were right at the front door of the reception. Mr. Camargo offered us an upgrade to the room with balcony: perfect love. It is a large room with a hot tub for two and a bathroom with amenities, dryer and two showers. White and nice bed linen. A kettle and courtesy teas. Breakfast is wonderful, served individually. Two points to highlight: the blackout of the room leaves nothing to be desired and the pool has no heating and a little turbid. The sauna is the gas and works super well in 10 min that gets on. As the guesthouse is high and far from the center, it is not possible to make walks or walk to bars and restaurants. There is parking on site. Wifi works super well.

Early Honeymoon + Best Birthday I've Ever Had
I spent my birthday in the hostel with my love, it was a transcendental experience! I lived beautiful moments with angels who carefully prepared everything in these "clouds". I had never been to the Montes Verdes, but my love already knew the district and suggested that we visit. I started the search for the locations based on some personal criteria (I confess that the view of the hydro captured me!) and the hostel that best met the criteria was the Clouds Address.
It is recommended that when arriving early in the morning as I arrived (I had a flight delay that made it impossible for me to arrive earlier. Come from Paraná), be notified in the hostel's WhatsApp. Mr. Camargo remained alert, because he knew we were on the road on the way, he was patient and courteous with us.
My chosen suite was Dalia. Maravilhosa! The hydro, the impeccable cleaning, the daily bed linen, the care of the dishes... finally. The guesthouse has a rustic style, with some elements of luxury proposition inserted: spa - which I did not hire, so I don't know how it is, but I know that the service exists - and hydro in the room, for example.
There is only one detail that I would like to review: the regulation of the shower when taking a shower often does not leave the water warm. The regulation was done in a millimeter beeeeem form, because only so was it possible to reach a medium term that did not freeze at once and did not leave extremely hot (this was the problem of the regulation: when we plugged the cold water on top of the hot, it did not get warm, it froze! How to disarm!)
Taking this misfortune - which did not spoil our trip - the cordiality of the staff was incredible. The ladies who kindly prepared breakfast are beautiful and kind. What a coffee!!! One of the best I've ever eaten in hostels and with an organization that avoids commonly caused waste. I as a tourism professional loved the idea!
The guesthouse is pet friendly. There are two beautiful guardians who are a spectacle apart. If you don't like dogs, don't go. I love pets!
The view is amazing! We get lost in the vastness of green! It's beautiful!
From the center (Av Monte Verde) to the guesthouse there is about 1.2km of climb. On the way there is the Oschin Park, it is worth checking out, breathing pure natural air, seeing the lamas and other animals that exist there.
In this hostel I had good times. I count the months to go back and enjoy such good days with my love that is now on the other side of the ocean, sharing the same beautiful memories as me! Gratitude defines me!

Lugar acolhedor, limpo, tranquilo.
Quiet place, comfortable and clean. Great breakfast, excellent service. Friendly fucians. Cozy Mood. It is worth staying at the Clouds Address.

The guesthouse is very nice. Stays in a high spot and has a beautiful view of the mountains. I stayed in the perfect love suite, very spacious and extremely clean. The service was great and the breakfast very delicious. However, I think it is important to make it clear to demanding travellers that this is a simple place, with a very simple decoration and some aspects that can bother, for example: the curtain blackout did not contain the lighting in the room at dawn of the day, the balcony of the room has no privacy (on the side of the staircase of the reception and in front of all the other balconies of the other rooms), the bathroom has damaged items (broken drying door, door and wall with peeled places, towels with stripped wires), you have to pass through a stretch of street to get to the guest house and finally, the reception of the guest house is also the dwelling of two large dogs, who sleep on the sofas and transit through the space all the time.
