This is the second time my family and I have stayed in Ganesh. Quiet place with lots of nature and peace. Karla and her husband have a very good energy!

Pure energy
We were surprised by a beautiful, pleasant and quiet space. Exactly what we needed, in addition to the beach, it has a beautiful and heated pool. We have no words to thank Chalés Ganesh who is now part of our stories. We'll be back soon!

Bad experience!! Never again!
Unfortunately we have not even an evaluation to make about the stay, pq we were practically prevented, obstinate, to close the reservation.
But I have a serious complaint to register here.
I signed up with 2 friends, in an Event that took place near the Pousada (Corrida Guarani Race 2025 - Etapa Ydju) and the Pousada Ganesh was nominated by the event, which made us trust. I contacted the Pousada and we walked to close the reservation.
We ended up paying the reservation, and even, we paid above the 30% requested for guarantee - which we understand would not be a problem, but rather a plus, the higher payment and in advance.
And considering the lack of clear and incomplete information in the impoverished message sent by the head of the Pousada, we had no element to understand that paying the extra would be a problem.
But for Carla, who identified herself as Maria, when we had a very embarrassing and unpleasant conversation on WhatsApp, it was not only a problem but also a reason for her to cancel our reservation. I have all whatsapp conversation with her printed.
Carla simply approached me indignant about the payment of the reservation above 30%, canceled the price that would be promotional because of this and from the first sentence, she simply humiliated me, not acknowledging that in NO LOCAL had been written or made clear, that it was forbidden to pay the entrance above 30%. I have NEVER been treated so badly for a stay (and look I travel to Brazil for work). And when I asked her name, she identified herself as "Maria" and didn't answer what her job was.
Finally, after so much embarrassment and unnecessary conflict for a "Burocracy", we ended up choosing for us to take a chance and go in search of another place that respected and valued us even when we were on time.
What she did not expect was that we would go in person to the Pousada on the day of the event, to talk looking in her eyes, that she was not dealing with children, but she wasn't there and then we discovered that such a Maria, is called Carla and is the owner of the hostel, to whom I return here the ironic figure sent by Carla at the end of our unfortunate conversation, where she tries to retake the image of the Pousada as a place of zen and peace, when in fact Carla is an expert in inheriting and disturbing the lives of clients who do not comply with the rules that are just in her head.
People, there are great places and with good people in Boracea, like the Sérgio who has several Airbnb houses and welcomed us perfectly.
I do not indicate the Pousada Ganesh to anyone: completely unprepared owner!
