Pleasant experience
It is in the commercial center so close to restaurants, supermarkets and various types of stores. It is also close to several important tourist attractions such as the Amazonas theater, Port of Manaus, Mercado Municipal and Modelo, and the Palacete Provincial which houses several museums. They can all be visited on foot.

the rooms are very clear and clean.
The reception is 24hours. I was afraid, i arrived at 3PM, but I there is a recepcion desk to openned the door.

Average hotel, but good location
The hallways are quite spacious as are the rooms - we had a triple room with 2 twin beds and one double bed. The A/C worked very well in the room, almost too well as I was surprised to see the beds did not have blankets, only a top sheet. This made for a very uncomfortable night of sleeping for me as I was VERY cold. (I actually did not ask for a blanket, so my bad...) Turning off the A/C made the room very humid and the street noise very prevalent.
The area around the hotel during the day is teeming with people and cabs, it's the commercial center of the town. Currently the main street is under construction. We could walk to the Theatre, the main market and the boat docks...everything you could need is there.
The breakfast is ample with scrambled eggs, fruit, breakfast cakes and coffee. Definitely enough to start the day off right.
I didn't find any hotel personnel that spoke English, so communicating may be a challenge if you don't know basic Portuguese. There is a tourist office within the lobby, they do speak English and were helpful with some translation issues that we had.
All in all, an average stay, with no complaints. Good location if you want to be near the center of the action.
