Ibis Manaus is great for business or leisure.

Very well located hotel close to the Millenium shopping and Amazonas.
Good service, wonderful breakfast.
Rooms clean, nice and quiet.

Poor hotel, poor service reception

Poor hotel, I arrived early in the morning, placed me in a room with bedding, even having not hired this type of apartment, when I questioned the receptionist, the same did not show interest in solving, said that was crowded, I arrived early in the morning, long flight, to stay in the wrong room, funny as they are always crowded when they do not want to solve something, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND I will definitely not come back again, it was not my first time in this hotel.
Air conditioning control on the wall, standard of this hotel, generating discomfort in the guest, as if you need to regulate the air conditioning, you will have to get up to do so.
Besides, there was cheap in the room, that is, detection must be late.

The lock on our door malfunctioned when we got home again, so we had to move. The staff was nice about it, breakfast was good, everything was clean and nice.

The hotel was good with a decent and clean room. However, it was difficult to get ahold of the hotel and they were disorganized when trying to contact them as well.

Air conditioning doesn't work, lack of respect

I had a week's stay at the hotel, initially I stayed in a room for people with reduced mobility, because it was the only one available, the room was spacious, but the air conditioner had a scheduled time of operation, waking up every day during the morning with a lot of heat, because the appliance didn't work, however I tried to turn on again. We stayed at the hotel on Sunday and my stay would be until next Sunday, but on Friday night , I arrived from the event at UFAM which was participating and I simply did not have access to the room with all my belongings locked, because the card was blocked and then I went to the reception and an employee warned that we would have to change room . And provided a new card, when we returned to the sixteenth floor the door did not open again, simply a lack of respect. We had to take out all our things and take it to another room on the seventh floor, it was a very big mess and embarrassment. Our night was over, we didn't even go out for dinner, the mess in putting everything in our bags and transporting it from the seventeenth floor to the seventh floor ended up dismotivating us. And all this happened without notice, a total unpreparedness.
