A Wonderful Family Experience
We’re having a great family time with about 20 people, and this place has been absolutely wonderful!
The property is impeccably clean, and all the staff—from the front desk and bartenders to the housekeeping and restaurant crews—are so polite, friendly, and courteous. They truly go above and beyond to accommodate every request.
The variety of food, from breakfast through dinner, is amazing. And don’t even get me started on the cocktails! There are so many great choices, and they all taste delicious.
It’s a spacious, beautiful place to bring friends, family, and kids. We’re having a fantastic time and highly recommend it!
A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Taisyma. ❤️ Thank you so much for keeping our room so clean and beautiful. We really appreciate you!

Great entertainment and grounds, but infrastructure and food don't match the 5-star billing
I spent a week here with my three kids and my mother, in two rooms. The hotel positions itself as 5-star but delivers below that — and for the price, I left a little disappointed.
The strength is the people and the leisure offering. The entertainment team is excellent — the Michael Jackson show was a highlight, with the performer dancing brilliantly and a genuinely inspiring closing speech. Sports (soccer, table soccer, pickleball, volleyball) were very good, and paid add-ons like jet ski were worth it. Beer and coconut water were always available and ice-cold. The sea out front was excellent with lovely water, and the large heated pool was great.
But the infrastructure doesn't live up to the label. The bathrooms are weak — low water pressure, water that never gets warm enough, a shower curtain instead of a proper enclosure, and a tiny vanity. We had a clogged toilet, and one room went unserviced after the first night. The elevator is slow and undersized — we ended up taking the stairs. The towels are rough and outsourced (branded "Elis"); linens shouldn't be an afterthought at a 5-star hotel.
Bar service disappointed: long lines, poorly made drinks, inattentive staff, cups washed in front of guests. Food at both the buffet and themed restaurants was hit-or-miss — nothing memorable, though restaurant service was better than the bar. Friday's sushi night was chaotic. The pools are okay but there's no swim-up bar, and at high tide there's little room for chairs and umbrellas.
For families: the kids' activities are okay. My 7-year-old struggled a bit with Portuguese and preferred sticking with us, but when he played with the other children he had a blast.
Overall: good energy, a strong leisure team, and a beautiful shoreline, but the infrastructure, linens, and consistency of food and service fall short of what the 5-star positioning and price promise. A good family stay is possible with adjusted expectations — but it isn't the premium product the marketing suggests.

Rooms are a little grungy. No one in the entire place speaks English. Food was decent. Stick to the buffet.
