Best experience of my father's life

My father made a reservation to stay in this wonderful hostel from January 9 to the 19th of the same month, while I was at my mother's house, and I can say that he simply loved in his words the location is great, parking very good, the breakfast is super full and very good, not to mention the staff who are super friendly and attentive, especially the receptionist Bárbara Beltoni who accompanied and assisted his stay from beginning to end, if you are going to Itacaré-BA for the first, second, third, fourth or even fifth time as my father would say "choose the village of Baiana you will be very welcomed is" and this is obg for making another walk of my father to Itacaré-BA very good hehe

Wonderful hostel! Quiet and cozy

I was looking for rest and found a wonderful place to stay, and it was that place!
Quiet location, full breakfast, found excellent!
Outside of the service, congratulations to the receptionists!
I will definitely come back more often.

Very good

The place is very calm and the breakfast was very good. There is a pool where we could stay during the day and night. It was a very good experience we had and we think is good to share our opinion to everyone. Thanks Pousada Vila Baiana for the days we stayed there.

Very bad!

Well, come on... When I booked this hostel was pq the other options I would like had already exhausted, so we got no choice. I knew it wasn't going to be a luxury hostel but I didn't think it would be so awful. I read the reviews of the booking, many were negative but had some good reviews. By the time we arrived, we were already scared with the region (very ugly and difficult to access). So far, all right! We made our checkin without problems and went to our room. The air conditioning did not work properly (my husband slept sweating), the room could only pass one person at a time between the beds, there was spider web in the bathroom and the ceiling had mold. We tried to improve the situation but it only got worse. The private was plastic and there was no sink counter. We went out to dinner and when we came back we noticed a bad smell coming from the pillow. As there was no one in the reception (closed 22h) the other day at 7 as directed the night before we were on the counter. No one showed up until 8:15 and a friendly cleaner said that the delay was due to a worker having a break and having a good night and sleeping until later. Let's go for coffee (everything can get worse or not?!) On the first day, there was no care with the food. All discovered options with flies landing on food without limit. The hard bread made of stone and the juice was more aqueous than any other I've ever taken. Besides one is spoiled. The kitchen is together with the environment of the meal and we saw the whole dirty environment and the staff without any touch or glove. We went to complain at the reception and will change room. I can say the other room was in better condition with the air conditioning working. There were three people in the car and they forgot to give a blanket to one of the guests. We stayed 2 more days and stopped having breakfast of so bad it was. We bought 4 daily but we only use three and rented another in a big bar because we can't stand the situation. Also, on the last night at 23:10, a group of 10-15 guests decided to order pizza in the outside area (colada with the rooms), although there was no music they were talking and laughing loudly. I informed the reception and no one responded. A lack of respect allowed that to happen. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience and I hope nobody goes through it. I like to travel and I like to have a minimum of comfort and hygiene on site.
