Expensive for what it offers

The hotel has the potential to be excellent, but stakes on key points: maintenance, cleanliness and quality of service. The facilities are good, but the room I stayed in was poorly kept — the bathroom featured mold, there were hairs stuck on the wall, the towels were old, the mattress was removed and there was no shampoo available, just soap.
The general cleaning left much to be desired. In one of the cleanings, the bathroom was left wet. In addition, a tray of meal remains was left in the hallway on my first night and remained there until the day of my departure, even after I had asked the reception to take it away.
Another negative point is the absence of amenities in the room, something that is expected from a hotel that charges such a high daily fee. The value does not match the experience offered, which was far below the minimum expected for the establishment category.
In short, the hosting disappointed by flaws that could easily be avoided with more care, organization and attention to detail.

Weekend at the Canaries hotel in Gravatá

Very good hotel to be with the family, comfortable rooms, good interior and exterior area, great for walking especially for those who like the countryside, accepts pets, inviting pool, offers a good menu, good drinks and a good service.

1st time at the Hotel and unfortunately I will not return again. Lack of energy 3 to 4 x per night, high cost.

Bathroom with plenty of mold on the ceiling

The hotel has good exterior structure and very kind service from the staff, but the accommodations are urgently in need of renovations. Much mold in the bathroom and the doors of the rooms do not close properly, making a huge noise and waking up the other neighboring guests.
