Fair price

It's a simple hotel, but it delivers what it promises. Friendly attendants, excellent breakfast and great location. The room is old but spacious and everything works perfectly. I recommend it for those who want to spend little and have the minimum comfort.

Breakfast seemed typical of Brazil, lots of bread, cakes, selection of cereals, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, then hot stuff like eggs (fried or scrambled), sausage and sweet potatoes. Tea, coffee and fruit juices.
Hotel rooms basic, but functional. Comfortable bed, air-conditioned, fridge and TV. Wifi is patchy at best everywhere except reception.

My experience at this hotel was extremely negative and disappointing. Right upon arrival, at the time of check-in, I was very poorly served. A month before the trip I called to confirm the rules on accommodation with a dog, and I was informed that only a single fee of R$100 would be charged. However, when I arrived, they tried to charge me R$100 per day, which demonstrates a total lack of transparency and organization.
The service of the reception is bad, nothing cordial and no concern in solving the problems presented. To make it worse, the elevator didn’t work and as I stayed on the 9th floor I had to climb the stairs three times carrying luggage, an unacceptable situation for any establishment that presents itself as a hotel.
The double bed was another problem. In fact, they were two single mattresses together that kept opening in the middle during the night. A real discomfort, impossible to rest well.
Breakfast is only reasonable, nothing but the basic. The parking is tiny, extremely tight and still charge R$20 per day, which becomes an additional cost that does not pay.
Overall, I found absolutely no positive point that would justify the stay. The hotel sells itself as an affordable option, but in practice it is the famous cheap one that gets expensive. I do not recommend it in any way and I will definitely not return.

Cancellation of my booking

Good night, I made a married purchase by taking off a flight departing from Rio at 23:30 and arriving at 1:10 at the destination, the airport of Goiânia, and at the hotel of Rede Andrade at 1:51 h. Did they sell me a hotel that didn't fit for the flight? Finally, when arriving at the hotel, the receptionist informed me that our reservation had been cancelled, given that the deadline for check-in had already expired. However, at no time were we informed of this fact, which surprised us and left us without a place to sleep at two in the morning, since the establishment had already sold our room to the other family. We had to find another hotel during the morning, paying with our money, in addition to spending on another Uber trip and causing psychological and emotional stress in my family members, even more in my daughter who came to take a medical exam at UEG on April 27/25.
If I arrived at 21:59, would there be room for me?
I told Zap about what happened during the morning and at 9:50 I called the company, being informed by the two ways of customer/company communication that they could do nothing else, because it was my responsibility to know how to choose the flight. However, the voucher does not indicate the time of the check-in end. Take off playing with customers.

Hotels.com need check all partners before put in list. I’m ask for parking. In this place have and charge me . This all disrespects.. bed terrible shower just cold water elevator don’t work I’m stay in 3rd floor need use stairs and carrier my all bags not funny
