Great apartment residence in Fortaleza, staff the opinion is positive! Our triple room was quite spacious, with a nice terrace equipped with a hammock!
The property offers swimming pool and bar-restaurant for a fee, good quality and useful for breakfast.
The staff was attentive and kind, and security is not an option!
It's not really in the center, but it's not out of the way... I recommend it

Not worth the cost benefit

We found that we were placed in a room whose former guests declined, according to the reception because “they didn’t want to stay on such a high floor.” Dirty room, we didn't even have the courage to sit on the couch. I booked a room with sea views and I get a view of a building. A lot of noise even on the tenth floor. The black out does not work properly. I was awakened by the bell where a friendly gentleman said there was a call to arrange the air conditioning, probably the cause of the change of previous guests.

Good experience depending on the room and if not to stay long in the hotel

The bride suite is excellent, as well as the floor of the rooms looks very cozy. Another high point was the attention. However, the other rooms, the common environments such as restaurant and pools, presented aspects such as poorly cared for and/or aged.
